Griffin Bradley is a native of Wood County and has lived in West Virginia his entire life. He holds both a B.A and M.A in Political Science from West Virginia University, where his emphases were in American Politics and Public Policy. His research focused on the intersection between Appalachian labor union activity and environmental policy development. During his time at WVU, he was named a George W. Seibert Public Affairs Scholar and Phillip V. McGance Public Service Fellow.

Griffin works for a national nonprofit organization bringing together businesses, investors, and policymakers to address energy and sustainability challenges from the business and economic perspective. He leads the organizations policy efforts in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Prior to this, he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for the WVU Bridge Initiative (now WV STeP) where he collaborated on the development of their 'Carbon Dioxide Removal and West Virginia' report.

Beyond his professional life, Griffin enjoys spending time with his wife and son, exploring West Virginia and the broader Southeast, and rooting for all-things Mountaineer athletics.
